Founded in 2015 by Mr. Dharmika Nag, Rthymist was born out of a simple yet powerful vision:
To ensure no artist—no matter where they’re from—gets left behind.
What started as a small initiative in the Kalahandi district of Odisha, helping a few local performers find opportunities, has grown into a trusted platform connecting artists with organizers across the region.
Mr. Nag, a passionate event organizer and music enthusiast, began his journey with just 2 events per month. Today, he and his team manage 20–25 events every month, helping rural and urban artists perform at weddings, festivals, cultural events, and more.
Our Process
How Rthymist Works ?
Artist Registration
Artists sign up through our online form and submit basic details, performance samples, and KYC documents. We verify every profile to maintain quality and professionalism.
Profile Approval
Once verified, artists are officially onboarded to the Rthymist roster. They receive a unique Artist ID and are now eligible for performance opportunities.
Event Booking & Matching
Organizers reach out with event requirements. Based on location, availability, and talent, we match the right artist(s) to the event.
Perform & Get Paid
Artists perform at the event. We ensure smooth coordination, travel support (if needed), and timely payments, so the focus stays on performance and professionalism.
